Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Production Clerk to join our client's small but growing team. This job is for the manufacturing side of the business.
As a Production Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting their production operations by performing various tasks to create delicious gelatos, ice creams, and sorbets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a strong attention to detail.
Since they are a small team and a growing company there are a lot of opportunities for advancement in all areas of the business!
Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of production data, including inventory levels, work orders, and quality control reports
- Operate and clean production machines while maintaining food safety standards
- Fill customer orders; finished product packaging, stacking in freezer, organizing pallets etc
- Collaborate with the production team to resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise
Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills
