Lumber Mill Worker (Evenings) – $18/HR DOE
Express Employment Professionals is looking to connect with a Lumber Mill Production Workers! This is a physically demanding, hands-on position where you’ll assist in the processing of cedar fence rails and posts through a variety of production equipment. Candidates must be dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in an industrial environment.
This is an evaluation hire opportunity for evening shifts in the Palouse region!

What we look for in Production Bagger/Tagger:
· Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
· Stand, walk, and work on your feet for the duration of the shift
· Lift and manipulate cedar fence rails and posts (10-30 lbs, 4-10 feet in length) continuously throughout the shift
· Operate powered industrial equipment such as splitters, trimmers, and saws
· Monitor production flow and ensure consistent quality standards.
· Sort, stack, and prepare products for packaging and shipment.
· Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
· Work in a non-climate-controlled environment with exposure to seasonal weather conditions.
