Job Title: Hardscapes/Concrete Installer
Pay: $20-$25 per hour
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM (Flexible to work longer hours if the project requires. Hours may vary based on weather and season)

Key Qualifications:
- Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record: Must have a valid driver's license. Minor tickets are acceptable.
- Weather Resilience: Comfortable working outside in various weather conditions.
- Physical Stamina: Capable of performing physically demanding tasks for the full shift with precision and attention to detail.
Job Duties:
Concrete & Hardscapes Work: Complete concrete projects, from concrete pours to hardscape installations. Heavy labor tasks while ensuring precision and efficiency. Perform a combination of concrete and landscaping installations. Some lawn maintenance, but primarily heavy installation work.
Concrete Projects: Handle all aspects of exterior concrete projects, including excavation, grading, forming, pouring, and finishing.
Hardscape Projects: Work on retaining walls and paver placement.
Landscape Installation: Assist with installing landscapes, curbing, water features, hydroseed, sod, lighting, fencing, and outdoor living areas.
Experience Required:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in concrete and landscape/hardscape installation.
