Inventory Control Assistant
Job Type: Full-Time | Contract
Pay: $25/HR
Shift: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Assistant to join a fast-paced team environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on multitasking and problem-solving and is skilled at working with inventory systems and data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile warehouse inventory and correct shipment discrepancies
- Generate invoice corrections and investigate inventory damage for credit processing
- Analyze and resolve system and inventory errors
- Review and approve storage invoices for accuracy
- Process field rejects and support related reporting
- Collaborate across departments to troubleshoot issues
- Perform general administrative and operational support tasks
Qualifications:
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas) and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and on cross-functional teams
