Job Title: Skilled Laborer – Equipment Repair
Job Type: Full-Time | Evaluation Hire
Pay: $19/HR - Higher DOE
Shift: Monday–Saturday (5–6 days/week) 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Pomeroy, WA
Overview: Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a reliable and skilled laborer to join a well-established agriculture company in Pomeroy, WA. This is a long-term, eval-to-hire opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in keeping equipment running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair agricultural equipment, especially pumps and motors

Perform general maintenance on small engines and related machinery

Assist with equipment troubleshooting using basic computer software/tools
Qualifications:
- Prior machine maintenance or small engine repair
- Previous experience in agricultural equipment repair
- Mechanical ability to repair pumps
- Experience with motors and small engines
- Basic computer literacy (for diagnostics or reporting)
- Physically able to lift, move, and repair parts and machinery
- Willing to complete a background check and drug test
