Pay: $18.00/HR
Shift: Late Swing Shift -Monday-Friday, 3:00PM- 12:00AM
Location: Troy, ID
Overview: Express Employment Professionals is now hiring a hardworking, safety-focused Lumber Mill Worker for a long-term opportunity with a respected mill in Troy, Idaho. You’ll work in a production environment handling cedar fence rails and posts as they move through machinery including splitters, saws, and trimmers. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced job ideal for someone who enjoys active work and wants to build a career in industrial manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery such as splitters, trimmers, and saws

Repetitively lift and move 10–30 lb cedar posts (up to 50 lbs. occasionally)

Maintain safety and cleanliness throughout shift

Stand/walk for full 8-hour shifts; follow all PPE and safety protocols
Qualifications:

Prior experience with machinery or in a labor-intensive setting
