Job Title: Sheet Metal Fabricator / Welder
Pay Rate: Experienced Candidates $20-$40/hr. Depending on your skill level and experience
Shift:
Location: Lewiston, ID and Clarkston, WA
Overview: Express Employment is urgently hiring 3 skilled Fabricators for a dynamic, fast-paced mechanical and sheet metal shop in the Lewiston-Clarkston area. Whether you're an experienced tradesperson or just starting out, this is an incredible opportunity to work on everything from custom metalwork and heavy equipment fabrication to specialized industrial maintenance. (Open to apprentice level candidates)
Key Responsibilities:

Custom fabrication and welding for industrial, commercial, and residential project
-
Operate press brake, shear brake, and water jet cutting equipment

Work with metals (aluminum, stainless, mild steel) and plastics (PVC, HDPE, polycarbonate)

Read blueprints and fabricate from CAD/shop drawings

Support large facility maintenance shutdown projects

Practice shop safety and work with minimal supervision
Qualifications:

Fabrication or mechanical assembly experience

Sheet metal or custom metalwork background

Strong mechanical aptitude, welding and machining skills a plus
