Overview: We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented individual to join a professional salon environment in Lewiston, ID. This Guest Services role offers a great opportunity to build your skills in client service, sales support, and front desk operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and create a welcoming, professional first impression
- Educate clients on available services, products, and current promotions
- Learn and understand the purpose and function of salon equipment to confidently promote offerings
- Manage client accounts with accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records
- Respond to phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Use business-specific POS and Google Suite tools for scheduling, communication, and transactions
- Communicate client concerns and feedback to the corporate team to help improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front area and shared spaces
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer literacy and experience using email, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools
- Comfort working with point-of-sale systems and handling transactions
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle client concerns professionally
