Job Title: Site Services Technician
Job Type: Full-Time | Evaluation Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday | $20/HR
Location: Lewiston, ID
Overview:
We’re looking for a hardworking, reliable individual to join a dynamic operations team in Lewiston, ID as a Site Services Technician. This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in staying organized, and can confidently work in both solo and team environments. If you enjoy working outdoors, are mechanically inclined, and want a role that offers variety in your day-to-day responsibilities, this could be a great fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and functional yard space
- Clean, restock, and assemble portable restrooms, sinks, and handwashing stations
- Load and unload trailers with sanitation units and equipment
- Safely operate tools and equipment such as forklifts, pressure washers, and power tools
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on sanitation units and tools
- Use a tablet to document services, manage inventory, and support routing information
- Assist with delivery, servicing, and pickup of portable units as needed
- Cross-train in route operations to support field service coverage
- Follow safety procedures and regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- CDL Class B with tanker endorsement preferred, but not required
- Previous experience in sanitation, construction, warehouse, or yard operations is a plus
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance
- Able to operate light equipment and tools safely and effectively
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Willing to cross-train and adapt to changing work needs
- Professional and safety-conscious work ethic
Physical Requirements:
- Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions year-round
- Exposure to noise, dust, dirt, and strong odors
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50 lbs or more
- Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and standing or sitting for extended periods
- Must be able to drive in all seasons
