Skilled Carpenters & Construction Trades — Now Recruiting for a Busy 2026 Season
The LC Valley and Palouse region are gearing up for one of the busiest construction seasons in years, and we’re building our roster of skilled carpenters and trades professionals for upcoming projects in Lewiston, Clarkston, and Pullman.
If you have experience in framing, finish carpentry, remodels, commercial TI, concrete, or general construction, we want to talk with you. We manage skilled trades placements across multiple industries and project types — from residential builds to commercial expansions.

Typical Pay Ranges in Our Region
Pay varies by project, skill level, and client needs:

Skilled Carpenters: $24–$34/hr

Lead / Journeyman Carpenters: $30–$40/hr

Concrete / Form Carpenters: $24–$36/hr

General Construction Labor: $18–$23/hr
(Compensation depends on experience, certifications, and project type.)
