Painter / Maintenance Helper – Temporary
Location: Lewiston, ID
Pay: $20/HR
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5:30 PM
We are hiring a Painter / Maintenance Helper for a temporary assignment supporting property upkeep and turnover projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, can work independently, and has experience with basic painting and maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Paint walls, trim, and touch-up areas as needed
- Hang blinds and complete basic property improvement tasks
- Rekey doors and assist with light maintenance projects
- Prepare work areas and clean up after projects are completed
- Use hand tools and follow work instructions
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Assist with additional maintenance duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous painting or maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to use basic hand tools safely and effectively
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to follow directions and complete tasks efficiently
Physical Requirements
- Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift
- Lift and carry materials and tools as needed
- Perform light to moderate physical labor for the duration of the assignment
