Tree Service Laborer

Location: Lewiston-Clarkston Valley & Surrounding Areas
Pay: $18/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Tree Service & Grounds Maintenance Labor Opportunity

We are hiring dependable and hardworking Tree Service Laborers to support a company specializing in tree removal, tree trimming, pruning, stump removal, emergency tree services, shrub removal, and property maintenance. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, performing physical labor, and being part of a team that helps maintain safe and attractive properties.

Candidates with experience in tree service, landscaping, grounds maintenance, construction labor, outdoor labor, forestry, or general labor are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with shoveling, debris removal, and job site cleanup
• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials
• Support tree removal, tree trimming, and pruning projects
• Assist with landscaping, mowing, edging, and general grounds maintenance
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow safety procedures and directions from crew leaders
• Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations

Qualifications & Skills

• Reliable with strong attendance and dependability
• Physically strong and able to perform demanding labor
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

Preferred Experience

• Heavy lifting experience
• General labor experience
• Landscaping or grounds maintenance experience
• Tree service or outdoor labor experience
• Construction or physically demanding work background

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform heavy lifting throughout the shift
• Frequent bending, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods
• Ability to safely handle equipment, tools, and materials
