Job Full Description
Lab Technician | 7:00PM – 7:00AM | $20.00/hr
Work days per the following schedule:
- Week 1 Tu, We, Sa, Su
- Week 2 Mo, Th, Fri
ADM – Decatur, IL
Qualifications for Lab Tech
- Solid work history with good attendance record
- Data entry and basic typing skills is a plus
- MS Office proficiency (MS Word, MS Excel) is a plus
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Organized, accurate, and detail oriented
- Previous lab technician experience preferred
- Training or experience with biology or chemistry is a plus but not required
- Two-year degree in a science related field is a plus but not required
Responsibilities for Lab Tech
- Collect production samples
- Prepare in-process and finished product samples for testing
- Perform analytical testing
- Record testing results in computerized database system
- Communicate any discrepancies
- Maintain equipment
