Store Manager | $50,000 annual salary plus bonuses
A Store Manager is needed for a retail operation in Decatur, IL with an emphasis on rent-to-own. This is a nationally known and recognized industry leader with stores nation-wide. The Store manager is the leader responsible for managing employees, assets, and customer relations in order to meet sales and profitability objectives.
Qualifications – Store Manager
- Previous management experience in a retail environment
- Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR (driving record)
- Professional
- Effective organizational skills
- Previous sales experience is a plus
Responsibilities – Store Manager
- Manage retail location to achieve planned growth and profit goals
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop associates
- Schedule associates to cover store hours of operations
- Accurately report financial transactions and measurements
- Manage inventory for availability of merchandise
- Ensure company vehicles are maintained for safe operation
- Make accurate and timely bank deposits
