Qualifications for Customer Service Representative
- Experience in administrative functions
- Accurate typing and data entry
- Positive, outgoing personality in person and over the phone
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel)
- Solid work history
- Experience in administrative functions
Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative
- Consult with clients and prospects concerning project needs
- Develop customer relationships
- Promote proper products
- Obtain proof approvals
- Define projects and document requirements for a successful end result
- Communicate with customers through each step of the process
