Building Maintenance Technician | 7:00AM – 3:30PM | Mon-Fri | $18.00-$22.00/hr
Qualifications for Building Maintenance Technician
- Previous experience with building and property maintenance
- Valid driver’s license
- Basic electrical and plumbing experience
- Knowledge of boilers, chillers, and aid handling equipment would be a plus
Willing to train a candidate with limited experience but a mechanical aptitude, an ability to learn, and a willingness to start out doing basic maintenance.
Responsibilities for Building Maintenance Technician
- Maintain building exterior and interior
- Maintain building systems: boilers, chillers, air handling
- Painting
- Basic plumping and electrical repairs
- Changing light bulbs
- Lawn maintenance
- Snow removal
- Moving furniture
