Clerk | Mon – Fri | 7:30AM – 4:30PM | $17.00/hr
A well-established pharmacy in Decatur, IL has a need for a Clerk.
Qualifications for Clerk
- Solid customer service skills with good phone etiquette
- Able to confidentially handle sensitive and personal information
- Able to work well with others in a team environment
- Data entry and typing capability along with proficient MS Office skills
- Able to pay close attention do details and maintain accuracy
Responsibilities for Clerk
- Post payments
- Process credit card payments
- Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving reports
- Take inbound calls and make outbound calls
- Data entry
- Resolve discrepancies
