Part-time Facility Manager | $17.00/hr
- Hours: 11:00AM – 5:00PM
- Days: Saturday, Sunday (other days possible)
A well-known self-storage facility needs a relief Part-time Facility Manager. This person typically works 20 hours per week during peak hours and then filling in for others as needed.
Qualifications for Part-time Facility Manager
- Good customer service skills
- Able to effectively communicate in-person
- Attention to detail
- Previous clerical or selling experience preferred
Responsibilities for Part-time Facility Manager
- Provide customer service to telephone and walk-in customers
- Open and close the store
- Show and rent storage units
- Complete rental forms and agreements
- Sell storage and packing supplies
- Answer phones
- Perform lock checks
