Universal Banker | $18.00/hr - 20.00/hr | Full-time
Must be able to work flexible hours within the week and Saturdays.
A full-service bank in Macon County has an immediate need for a Universal Banker with a friendly, energetic, and professional personality. This is a long-term position with a financial institution serves a customer base throughout Macon County and in particular rural Macon County.
Qualifications for Universal Banker
- Previous cash handling experience
- Previous bank or credit union experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Math skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong computer skills
- Professional customer service skills
- High school diploma or higher preferred
Responsibilities for Universal Banker
- Process customer transactions
- Open and close accounts
- Answer customer account questions
- Resolve customer debit card issues
- Present and promote other bank products
- Present and promote digital solutions
- Data-entry, filing and related duties as assigned
