Production Supervisor | 60k+ | 1rst Shift | Dekalb, Il
Our client located in Dekalb, Il is seeking a Production Supervisor who's core responsibilities will include plant operations, production, safety and quality assurance.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Direct supervision of leadership team. Familiar with sheet metal fabrication.
- Identifies critical direction for operations that aligns with company strategic imperatives.
- Strives for continuous improvement with safety processes and operational systems.
- Oversee all manufacturing plant operations.
- Handling personal functions including hiring, terminations, and promotions.
Qualification include but are not limited to
- Bachelor's Degree in Management or Business (Preferred)
- Lean manufacturing background
- 3+ years production management
- Ensure safe use of equipment
- Weekly/Monthly safety protocols
