Job Title: Third Shift Machine Operator
Location: Dekalb, Illinois
Shift: Monday – Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time
About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our 3rd shift team in our thermoforming/plastics production facility in DeKalb, IL. The ideal candidate will operate machinery safely and efficiently, monitor product quality, and ensure smooth production runs. Training will be on 2nd Shift minimum of 2-3weeks. TRAINING 2nd shift hours 3:15pm to 12:45am & Saturday 9:45am to 2:45pm .
Key Responsibilities:
Operate thermoforming machines according to company specifications

Monitor production for quality and accuracy

Perform routine checks and adjustments to equipment

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Lift and move materials up to 30 lbs unassisted

Follow safety and operational procedures at all times
Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred

Ability to work overnight hours (3rd shift)

Physically able to lift up to 30 lbs unassisted

Strong attention to detail and reliability
