Manage the calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate logistics, and ensure timely preparation of agendas and supporting materials.

Draft, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Maintain accurate records, files, and official documents in compliance with policies.

Serve as the first point of contact for internal departments and route inquiries and ensure timely follow-up.

Assist with research, data collection, and preparation of materials for meetings.

Coordinate with department heads and staff to track deadlines, monitor project progress, and support initiatives.

Associate’s degree in business administration, public administration, or related field preferred.

Minimum of 1 year of administrative support experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with records/document management systems preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare professional correspondence and reports.
