What You’ll Do:

Perform MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding on steel, stainless, or aluminum components

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols

Inspect welds for accuracy and quality

Maintain equipment and work area to company safety and cleanliness standards

Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to meet production goals
What We’re Looking For:
-
1+ year of welding experience preferred

Ability to read blueprints and use basic measuring tools
-
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

Dependable attendance and positive attitude

Willingness to learn and grow with our team
