Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Saturday | 8:15 AM – 4:45 PM
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to inspect plastic bags for defects and ensure all products meet company and customer quality standards. This position involves hands-on inspection and minor repairs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Inspect plastic bags for defects such as holes, gaps, weak seals, and other quality issues

Use a heat gun to repair or reseal bags when possible

Ensure all finished products meet quality specifications

Record and report inspection results, including recurring defects or machine issues

Communicate quality concerns with machine operators and supervisors

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety guidelines when handling materials and equipment

Perform repetitive inspection and repair tasks while maintaining accuracy and focus
