2nd Shift Machine Operator – $20+/hr
Location: Sycamore, IL
Shift: 2:30 PM – 12:30 AM (Mandatory Overtime)
Pay: $20+ per hour, based on experience
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable 2nd Shift Machine Operator to run and maintain production machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor machines to ensure efficient production

Inspect materials and finished products for quality

Load, unload, and move materials as needed

Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all safety procedures

Perform minor machine adjustments and report issues promptly
Requirements:

Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment preferred

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Detail-oriented, reliable, and safety-conscious

Must be able to work mandatory overtime
