Shipping & Receiving Associate | Sycamore IL | Temp to hire
Pay: $23.50/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview:
A local company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join their team. This role is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining efficient warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming parts and materials
- Inspect shipments for accuracy and quality
- Repackage items as needed for outbound shipping
- Process and ship orders using UPS Worldwide and FedEx systems
- Coordinate and set up LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipments
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move products safely
- Maintain organized shipping and receiving areas
- Utilize computer systems and online platforms for shipping tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous shipping and receiving experience preferred
- Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, and LTL shipping processes
- Strong computer and internet skills
- Ability to lift and maneuver products safely
- Experience operating pallet jacks and forklifts
- Valid Driver’s License required
