Job Title: Driver Helper

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Driver Helper to assist with the delivery of millwork and building materials to residential and commercial job sites. This position supports the driver in ensuring timely, accurate, and safe deliveries while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist driver with loading and unloading doors, windows, trim, and other building materials
- Safely handle and transport materials to job sites
- Help verify orders for accuracy before delivery
- Provide support with navigating routes and job site locations
- Communicate professionally with customers on-site
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50–100 lbs consistently throughout the shift
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Previous warehouse, construction, or delivery experience preferred
Schedule:
- Full-time, typically 1st shift (hours may vary based on delivery routes)
