General Laborer - Outdoor work | Dixon, IL | Monday - Friday 8:00a - 4:30p | $20.00 -$22.00/ hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable General Laborer to support daily operations at an outdoor site. This role involves maintaining a clean and safe environment, mowing and weed removal, clean up of loose litter and debris.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleanup of the site, including picking up debris and litter
- Assist with sorting and handling waste materials as directed
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective equipment (PPE)
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic is key
Preferred (not required):
- Previous labor, construction, or outdoor work experience
- Familiarity with working around heavy equipment
