Job Full Description
Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (4 ten-hour shifts) | Dekalb
We are looking for a motivated and dependable team member to join our crew in a hands-on installation and fabrication environment. This role involves working with sheeting, racking systems, and general construction/installation tasks. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-minded, and eager to learn and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and assemble sheeting and racking systems
- Measure materials accurately using a tape measure
- Operate basic and power tools safely and effectively
- Assist team members to complete projects efficiently
- Follow instructions from supervisors and work as part of a team
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
Requirements
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
- Physically able to stand for long periods, bend, and perform manual labor
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to learn new skills and assist others
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Schedule & Pay
- Full-time position
- Monday through Thursday schedule (4-day work week)
- 10-hour shifts: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Overtime opportunities may be available
