Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour (based on experience)
Shift:
- Monday–Thursday: 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM
- Sunday: 12:00 AM – 5:30 AM
Position Summary
A well-established manufacturing company in DeKalb County is seeking dependable and hardworking Production Workers, Assemblers, and General Laborers to join its overnight team. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, the ability to accurately read a measuring tape, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities
- Assemble products according to production specifications
- Accurately measure materials using a tape measure
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Perform general labor tasks, including lifting, stacking, and moving materials
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality
Qualifications
- Must be able to accurately read and use a measuring tape
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
- Comfortable standing, bending, and performing repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation is required
- Dependable attendance and a positive attitude
