Job Full Description
Job Summary:
- Complete necessary repairs to prepare unit for new tenants
- Handle tenant work orders when no turnovers
- Address plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues
- Perform general maintenance and repairs
Location: Bloomington, IN
Position Type: Evaluation Hire
Pay: $18.00 /hr
Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday-Friday
Qualifications:
- Ability to be on your feet for the entirety of the shift, may also be bending, stooping, or squatting
- Must work and interact effectively and professionally with others on the team
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Must comply with quality standards
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative environment
- Ability to remain calm and receptive in fast paced situations
Experience required:
- Previous experience with repairing appliances, electrical issues, plumbing, etc.
