Job Full Description
Job Summary:
- Greet all customers promptly and courteously
- Help customers with their specific needs
- Interact with walk-in, phone and online customers
- Interact with parts vendors and manufacturers
- Fills parts requests for the service techs and customers
- Solicits customer feedback to improve service
- Responds to requests for service and assistance
- Advises customer on substitution or modification of part when replacement is not available
- Read catalog or computer for replacement part stock number and price
- Receive and fill telephone orders for parts
- Ship when necessary
Location: Spencer, IN
Position Type: Evaluation to hire
Pay: $20.00 / hr
Schedule: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday-Friday
Qualifications:
- Attention to detail
- Ability to sit, move and function in an office setting for entirety of shift
- Time management skills; ability to prioritize
- Must work and interact effectively and professionally with others on the team
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative environment
- Ability to remain calm and receptive in fast paced situations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
Experience Required:
- Prior administrative/sales experience preferred
