Job Full Description
Job Summary:

Assist with running recycled cans through the can machine
-
Operate or assist with loading the can machine using a skid steer
-
Bend, lift, and grab materials as needed throughout the process
-
Identify and remove any items that do not belong in the recycling stream

Unload and carry materials into the designated areas
- Sweep and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Work comfortably in all weather conditions (indoor/outdoor)
- Perform highly repetitive tasks; work may be monotonous at times
Location: Bloomington, IN
Position Type: Evaluation Hire
Pay: $17.00 /hr
Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday-Friday
Qualifications:
- Ability to be on your feet for the entirety of the shift, may also be bending, stooping, or squatting
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must work and interact effectively and professionally with others on the team
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Must comply with quality standards
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative environment
- Ability to remain calm and receptive in fast paced situations
Experience required:
- Outdoor work experience preferred
