Job Full Description
Job Summary:
- Installing or replacing blinds and light bulbs

Hanging closet doors

Changing door knobs and air filters
-
Picking up trash and maintaining overall property cleanliness

Moving and replacing appliances as needed

Performing minor repairs and general maintenance tasks
Location: Bloomington, IN
Position Type: Temporary
Pay: $17.00 / hr - $19.00 / hr
Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday-Friday
Qualifications:
- Ability to be on your feet for the entirety of the shift, may also be bending, stooping, or squatting
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must work and interact effectively and professionally with others on the team
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Must comply with quality standards
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative environment
- Ability to remain calm and receptive in fast paced situations
Experience required:
- Previous maintenance/groundskeeping experience required
