Job Summary:

Program machines and CNC (computer numerical control) equipment for part production
-
Operate and monitor machines to ensure accurate and efficient performance

Perform 3-axis milling to manufacture precision parts, including small components

Use machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and shapers to meet specifications

Read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints to machine parts accurately
-
Ensure parts meet required dimensions and quality standards through precise machining
Location: Bloomington, IN
Position Type: Evaluation Hire
Pay: $25.00 / hr- $35.00 / hr
Schedule: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Monday-Friday
Qualifications:
- Maintain company quality and quantity standards
- Strong attention to detail and safety procedures
- Consistent movement, both fine motor movements and gross motor movements
- Must work and interact effectively and professionally with others on the team
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative environment
- Ability to remain calm and receptive in fast paced situations
Experience Required:
- Previous Machine Operator/ CNC Programming required
