Job Full Description
Job Summary:

Buff and polish metal pieces by hand using polishing wheels and compounds

Inspect parts for quality and consistency

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow safety procedures and use PPE as required
Location: Bloomington, IN
Position Type: Evaluation Hire
Pay: $15.00 / hr
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 7:30 AM- 4:00 PM
Qualifications:
- Hand eye coordination
- Frequent repetitive motion
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to be on your feet or sitting for the entirety of the shift
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Must comply with quality standards
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative environment
- Ability to remain calm and receptive in fast paced situations
Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing or metal finishing experience is a plus but not required
