Job Full Description
Job Summary:
- Oversee accounts receivable operations across multiple entities
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and credit memo processing
- Monitor daily invoicing activity in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
- Manage cash application, payments, and banking transactions
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Track AR aging and reduce past-due balances
- Lead and coordinate collections efforts
- Communicate with customers to resolve payment and billing issues
- Collaborate with sales and operations on account concerns
- Support accounting functions, including reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close
Experience Required:
- 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounting, or Credit & Collections
- Experience working in a multi-entity or multi-site environment
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar ERP system preferred
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls
Location: Bloomington, IN
Position Type: Evaluation to Hire
Pay: $25.00 / hr
Schedule: 7:00am - 4:00pm or 8:00am - 5:00pm / Monday-Friday
Qualifications:
- BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and inter-personal
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative environment
