This role works in a controlled cleanroom environment handling sensitive materials and operating production equipment used in cutting-edge technology.
Job Summary:
- Operate and monitor production equipment in a cleanroom setting
- Handle materials with care to prevent contamination
- Perform fill room tasks including material prep and process support
- Follow strict cleanroom and safety procedures (gowning, PPE, etc.)
- Inspect parts and materials for quality using microscopes/tools
- Accurately document production steps and lot tracking
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Support team with basic troubleshooting and process improvements

Pay: $19.00 - $27.00 / hr (based on experience)
Schedule: 2nd and 3rd Shifts
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Manufacturing or cleanroom experience highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Basic computer skills
- Comfortable working on your feet and handling small components
- Standing for extended periods of time
- Must work and interact effectively and professionally with others on the team
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Must comply with quality standards
