Job Summary

• Inspect residential and commercial properties to assess damage and determine appropriate restoration solutions.
• Safely remove standing water, damaged materials, hazardous debris, and other unsalvageable building materials.
• Set up, monitor, and maintain restoration equipment including dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, fans, and sanitizing machines.
• Perform general construction and repair work including carpentry, framing, drywall installation and repair, painting, and fixture installation.
• Record damage, take moisture readings, and maintain accurate restoration documentation for insurance and project management purposes.
• Communicate restoration progress and procedures with homeowners and property managers while providing excellent customer service.
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Assist with additional restoration and construction tasks as assigned.

Experience

• Previous restoration experience is strongly preferred.
• Individuals eager to learn the restoration or construction industry are encouraged to apply.
• Experience using restoration equipment is a plus, including:
  • Water meters
  • Moisture gauges
  • Dehumidifiers
  • Air movers/fans
  • Carpet cleaning equipment
• Experience with basic carpentry, drywall, painting, or remodeling is beneficial.

• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding work throughout the day.
• Comfortable with frequent bending, squatting, pulling, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to safely operate restoration tools and equipment while following safety guidelines.

Position Type: Evaluation to Hire

Pay: $20.00/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
