Job Full Description
Do you have a heart for helping others? We're looking for a compassionate and dependable Caregiver / Home Health Aide to provide companionship and support to elderly clients in the Bloomington area. In this rewarding role, you'll help clients maintain their independence while making a meaningful difference in their daily lives.
Job Summary
- Provide companionship through conversation, activities, reading, and social engagement
- Encourage mental wellness by participating in games, hobbies, and other activities
- Accompany clients on walks and outings
- Assist with light housekeeping, including laundry, changing bed linens, and general cleaning
- Provide assistance with personal care as needed
- Run errands and obtain household supplies
- Transport clients to medical appointments and other community outings
- Remind clients to take medications as directed
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment while following client care plans
Experience
- Previous caregiving, home health, companion care, or related experience is preferred but not required
- Experience working with seniors is a plus
- Applicants with customer service or other people-focused backgrounds are encouraged to apply

Pay: $16.00/hour
Position Type: Direct Hire
Schedule
Morning Shift
- Sunday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Evening Shift
- Sunday, Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Tuesday & Thursday: 6:30 PM – 10:00 PM
