Are you an experienced manager with a background in property management, retail, or customer service? We’re looking for a dependable, customer-focused professional to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations. This role offers the opportunity to lead teams, support leasing and marketing efforts, and help maintain strong financial and operational performance.
Job Summary
- Oversee property management and administrative operations across multiple sites
- Manage leasing and marketing activities
- Provide personnel development, leadership, and management
- Monitor compliance with company policies and applicable requirements
- Support financial performance and operational goals
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, clients, and team members
- Address day-to-day issues and resolve problems effectively
Experience Required
- At least 1 year of management experience
- Experience in property management, retail, or customer service preferred
- Experience managing multiple locations is a plus
