Job Summary

• Assist with all tasks involved in the screen printing production process
• Unbox and prepare garments for production
• Load shirts and garments onto printing presses
• Move printed items to the dryer belt
• Pack completed orders for shipment or distribution
• Clean printing presses and other production equipment
• Maintain an organized and safe work area
• Perform other duties as assigned

Experience Required

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or screen printing experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience following detailed instructions and production processes preferred
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Dependable and safety-conscious work habits

Location: Ellettsville, IN
Pay: $15.00/hour
Position Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
