This position offers the opportunity to work alongside chemists, assist with quality control testing, and support daily laboratory operations in a professional setting. Job Summary
- Assist chemists with routine laboratory testing procedures
- Record, compile, and report test results accurately
- Receive, label, and properly store chemical samples
- Clean, maintain, and organize laboratory equipment and work areas
- Perform quality control measurements on raw materials and finished products using standard Quality Assurance (QA) methods
- Support various laboratory projects and additional duties as assigned
- Follow established safety procedures and quality standards
Experience Required
- Minimum of a 2-year degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field (Required)
- Previous laboratory experience preferred
- Experience performing quality control or quality assurance testing is a plus
- Familiarity with general laboratory equipment and testing procedures
- Experience documenting and reporting test results accurately
Skills & Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with general laboratory equipment and instruments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional reliability, dependability, and attention to detail
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills

Pay: $20.00/hour
Position Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
