We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Clerk to join our team. As a Logistics Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting our logistics team by maintaining accurate records, processing data, and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and track shipments, ensuring all logistics data is accurately entered and updated in the system.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Perform data entry tasks, updating records, and verifying shipment details in various software applications.
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve any logistical issues or discrepancies.
- Review reports and documents for accuracy, ensuring high attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Perform other clerical duties as needed to support logistics operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in the Logistics Industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute (WPM).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in logistics or a related field is a plus.
- Experience with logistics software or inventory management systems is a bonus.
