Job Full Description
Job Description: We are looking for a hardworking and reliable individual to join our team as a Pool Installation & Maintenance Technician. This role involves installing new pools, repairing existing pools (including some light concrete work), and providing seasonal maintenance services.
Pay Rate: $17-20/hr DOE
Responsibilities:
- Install new above-ground and in-ground pools
- Repair and perform light concrete work on damaged pools
- Conduct routine cleanings and maintenance
- Open pools for the season (cleaning, chemical balancing, debris removal)
- Close pools at the end of the season
- Lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs
- Travel from site to site with the team (must meet at the shop location)
- Drive a company vehicle when needed
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor outdoors
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in construction (plumbing is a plus!)
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation to meet at the shop daily
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions
- Previous experience in pool installation or maintenance is a plus, but not required (willing to train the right candidate).
