We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Employment Specialist to join our locally owned and operated company in Evansville, IN. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a professional office environment, and has a competitive spirit!
Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, day shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outside recruiting to identify and engage potential candidates
- Interview, coach, and guide candidates to prepare them for job placements
- Make job placements that align with client needs and candidate skills
- Meet quality measures and weekly production goals set by management
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses through outside sales calls (over the phone and in person)
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and placement activity
- Provide professional guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of recent, solid office or sales experience in a professional setting
- Typing speed of 60 WPM or higher
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Proven professional etiquette in verbal and written communication
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and production targets
Pay Range: $16-$19/hr, DOE
