Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Technical Service & Warranty Support Specialist to provide high-quality assistance to our dealers. This role involves troubleshooting product issues, reviewing warranty claims, performing occasional product updates, and supporting service training. The ideal candidate has a strong technical understanding of outdoor power equipment and thrives in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical service and warranty support to dealers via phone, email, or in person
- Perform occasional service updates on products
- Troubleshoot and resolve product and service challenges, offering the best solutions to customers
- Review warranty claims and assist dealers with any questions or rejected claims
- Assist with service training initiatives
- Accurately document service interactions and updates
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery
Qualifications:
- Technical knowledge of outdoor power equipment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a team-based environment
- Ability to pass tests related to the outdoor power equipment industry
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-service focused
