Job Full Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Bindery / Print Shop / Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position supports daily production operations in a fast-paced print environment and warehouse setting. Candidates must be comfortable working on their feet for the majority of the shift and performing consistent physical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with bindery and finishing operations (cutting, folding, collating, packaging, etc.)
- Support print production processes as directed
- Prepare, organize, and stage materials for production and shipment
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse
- Lift 30–40 lbs consistently and 50–75 lbs as needed
- Assist with local deliveries as required
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a print shop, bindery, warehouse, or manufacturing environment preferred (but not required)
- Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift
- Ability to consistently lift 30–40 lbs and occasionally lift up to 75 lbs
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
