Job Title: Part-Time Leasing Agent
Pay: $19/hour
Schedule:
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sunday: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Part-Time Leasing Agent to support the day-to-day leasing operations of a residential community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong administrative skills, and can help create a positive experience for prospective and current residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage prospective residents in a professional and welcoming manner
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units
- Assist applicants through the leasing process, including completing and reviewing paperwork
- Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents
- Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative tasks
- Support the leasing team in meeting occupancy goals
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 solid year of recent administrative experience or leasing experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with a variety of people in a professional setting
- Basic computer skills and ability to handle leasing documentation
- Reliable and able to consistently work the scheduled days and hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous apartment leasing experience
- Familiarity with property management software
- Sales or customer-facing experience
Work Environment
- Office and on-site property setting
- Requires standing, walking, and touring units with prospective residents
- Fast-paced environment with frequent interaction with residents and applicants
