Job Summary
The Parking Attendant is responsible for maintaining a safe, organized, and welcoming parking environment for customers and visitors. As a highly visible, customer-facing role, this position supports the overall client experience by assisting with traffic flow, providing directions, and ensuring efficient use of parking facilities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Direct vehicles and manage traffic flow in parking areas
- Greet customers and provide assistance with parking, directions, and general inquiries
- Monitor parking areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Identify and report safety concerns, maintenance needs, or unusual activity
- Assist customers with accessibility needs when appropriate
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
- Support bank staff by helping coordinate parking during busy periods or events
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to safety and customer service
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor and clear communication
- Ability to remain calm and courteous in busy or high-traffic situations
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and use sound judgment
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to direct traffic and move safely throughout parking areas
